It Looks Like an Alien

The model in this picture was reluctant, but I think he's cute, so I made him let me take his picture with this new find.

This is an odd little gadget that was sent to me to review. My neck gets a lot of knots in it and could use a good massage on most days so I was so glad to get something to try out.

Let me tell you, when you first put this thing on your neck and roll it around, it is a difficult decision as to if it feels good or terrible. (Sort of like when a good deep-tissue massage therapist gets ahold of you.) I kept rolling it around and realized that the knots were going away. Hmmmm 'no pain no gain'?

I like the design because if I am hurting, sometimes it is hard to reach all the way around to the knots in my neck and upper back with my finger tips. The pressure I can put on those knotted up places is limited in that case. This gadget keeps the pressure even. This does a good job.

Morning Coffee

One of my granddaughters and I were shopping at a dollar store yesterday. I spotted this coffee bottle and thought it was sooooo pretty. I had to have it. Terry took one look at it and said, "That'll burn your hand if your coffee is hot." I proceeded to tell him that it was thermos. He disagreed.

This morning I put hot coffee in it and picked it up. I put it down quickly so I wouldn't burn my hand. (Shoot, he was right...and it didn't keep the coffee hot, but it was better than a coffee cup.) I'm back to my purchase from a few days ago.

This one is a lot bigger, but it keeps the coffee hot and doesn't burn my hand. The hubs was right.

Nice and Tidy

Seriously? ...a toilet brush picture? Yep. I found this at Family Dollar. I used a coupon and it was super inexpensive. I needed another plunger (face it, you don't want to run to the other bathroom when you need it.) ...and this one had a brush with it. Nice and tidy. I started another blog today calledgadgetstotry.blogspot.com. Go and see what you think. Leave a link for your business and make some comments. I have other blogs...elainelittau.com, booksbyelainelittau..

Scrub Brush on a Stick

One project for today is scrubbing the stairs. I love my new gadget! I purchased this a the store in the area that said, "As seen on TV". Although Terry made an attachment for me for his drill with a scrub brush on it, it was so heavy I didn't quite make it through cleaning the bathtub, let alone the shower stall.

This is the big attachment for larger areas. There is a small pointy one that works on corners of the shower and floor, and another flat small one, too. It isn't heavy at all. (Probably compares to a wet mop) Terry told me that the bathroom 'shined' when he got home and saw the results of this. At Shopco, this was $40 ($39.95, but we know that is $40). It is rechargeable and you can take off the long handle. I even used one of the scrubber heads for the toilet bowl!!!

Nope, I don't sell them and it isn't even in the stockpile of stuff sent to me for reviews. I just love this gadget. Those of you who know me at all know I'm a 'Gadget Girl'. Hmmmm I should see if that name is available for a blog???
